How to Play Satta Matka
Satta Matka originates in India and is a hugely popular lottery-based game there. As we are used to from Betgames they used the basic mechanics of this lottery-style game and transferred it into an innovative live dealer card game.
The game uses a standard deck of cards but without Jacks, Queens as well as Kings. Therefore there are only 40 cards in play, 10 from each of the four suits. These cards have the following values:
- Ace = 1
- 10 = 0
- 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 count their face value
- That is to say that in Satta Matka 0 counts more than 9. Therefore, Ace has the lowest while 10 has the highest value.
A new game of Satta Matka starts every minute, hence you can expect high-frequency entertainment non-stop 24/7.
At the start of the game 3 out of the 40 available cards are dealt. These 3 cards are then rearranged in ascending order. For example if the cards 9, 1 and 7 are dealt then the cards would be rearranged to 1, 7 and 9. If a 0 is dealt then it is always put at the end.
Pana and Ank
The result of a Satta Matka game is a 3 digit number (Pana) such as for example 179 AND a single number, called Ank. Every Pana has a single number which you calculate as the sum of the three Pana numbers. In our example it is 1+7+9 = 17. As the Ank needs to be a single digit number only the last digit of the sum outcome is relevant. Hence in this example the Single would be 7.
In each game there are a total of 220 Panas:
- Single Pana (SP): all numbers are different e.g. 179; there are a total of 120 SP.
- Double Pana (DP): out of 3 digits 2 are matching e.g. 366 or 113; there are a total of 90 DP.
- Triple Pana (TP): all Pana digits are the same such as for example 333 or 888; there are a total of 10 TP.
Betting options
Satta Matka offers you a variety of betting options and wide range of odds (1.3 – 700). Overall, there are 36 outcome to bet on.
Firstly, you can place your bets on cards. For example you can bet on colours (more black vs more red cards), suits or value of the dealt cards.
