The backdrop of the DHL Stadium sets the stage for a duel of passion and prowess before the men’s Springboks and All Blacks go head-to-head in their second match.

This will be the 3rd encounter between these two teams and the Bok Women are just growing from strenght to strenght. Springbok Women vs. Barbarian Women

So come Saturday, 7 September 2024, fans will find themselves amidst a rugby bonanza at DHL Stadium. With an exhilarating match-up between the Bok Women and the Baabaas as the entree to the main course. This clash serves as an ideal curtain-raiser for the titanic encounter awaiting the Springbok men later that day. It’s not the first rodeo for the two women’s teams, who previously met in Cape Town last year. Although the Baabaas clinched a thrilling 38-26 victory, the match was abundant with top-tier rugby and remarkable tries. Furthermore, previous to this they faced for the first time at Twickenham in London on 27 November 2021 with a 60-5 result to the black and white.
