F1 Racing Calendar 2023

The pre-season testing in Bahrain was held over 3 days and the Formula 1 teams clocked up 3 992 laps. This totalled 21 603km which is the equivalent of 70 Bahrain Grand Prix distances. Most teams managed to get a good amount of data to analyse and finetune their new for 2023 race cars.

So the F1 Racing Calendar 2023 is filled with plenty to look forward to this season! There will be 23 races in total this year, the most there has ever been so it will be a long year. Furthermore here we break down the races for the year, where they are and what to place in your diary.

Race Calendar 2023

Part 1 Racing

  1. Bahrain GP: 5 March at venue Sakhir. This has been the pre-season testing site in recent years and the season opener. The first race will be 57 laps and the circuit length is 5.41km.
  2. Saudi Arabia GP: 19 March at venue Jeddah. This is a 50 laps race and the circuit length is 6.17km.
  3. Australian GP: 2 April at Albert Park. This is a 58 laps race and the circuit length is 5.3km.
  4. Azerbaijan GP: 30 April at Baku City. With a 51 laps race and the circuit length is 6km.
  5. Miami GP: 7 May at the Miami International Autodrome. It is a 57 laps race and the circuit length is 5.41km.
  6. Italy GP (Emilia-Romagna): 21 May at Imola. This will be a 63 laps race and the circuit length is 4.95km.
  7. Monaco GP: 28 May at Circuit de Monaco. The circuit is 77 laps and a distance of 3.34km.
  8. Spanish GP: 4 June at Barcelona-Catalunya. This is a 66 laps race and the circuit length is 4.68km.
  9. Canada GP: 18 June at Gilles Villeneuve, Montreal. This is a 70 laps race and the circuit length is 4.36km.
  10. Austrian GP: 30 June at the Red Bull Ring, Spielberg. The race is 71 laps and the circuit length is 4.30km.
  11. British GP: 9 July at Silverstone. The race is 52 laps and the circuit length is 5.89km.
  12. Hungarian GP: 23 July at Hungaroring. This race is 70 laps and the circuit length is 4.38km.
  13. Belgian GP: 30 July at Spa and the longest circuit on the calendar. This is a 44 laps race with a circuit length of 7km.

Part 2 Racing

  1. Netherlands GP: 27 August at the Zandvoort. The race is 72 laps and the circuit length is 4.26km.
  2. Italian GP: 3 September at Monza. This race is 53 laps and the circuit length is 5.79km.
  3. Singapore GP: 17 September at Marina Bay. The race is 61 laps and the circuit length is 5.06km.
  4. Japanese GP: 24 September at Suzuka. The race is 53 laps and the circuit length is 5.8km.
  5. Qatar GP: 8 October at Losail. This race is 57 laps and the circuit length is 5.38km.
  6. Austin GP: 22 October at the Circuit of The Americas. The race is 56 laps and the circuit length is 5.5km.
  7. Mexican GP: 29 October at Hermanos Rodriques. This race is 71 laps and the circuit length is 4.3km.
  8. Brazilian GP: 5 November at Sao Paulo. The race is 71 laps and the circuit length is 4.3km.
  9. Vegas GP: 18 November at Las Vegas. The race is 50 laps and the circuit length is 6.12km.
  10. Abu Dhabi GP: 26 November at Yas Marina. The last race is 58 laps and the circuit length is 5.28km.

F1 Racing Calendar overview

We have all been wondering if we will see a South African Grand Prix in 2023 at the flagship Kyalami however it has not been added on this years F1 Racing Calendar.
